VIDEO: Traffic Enforcement Agent Blocks Fire Hydrant During A Fire

A New Yorker gave himself the name Jimmy Justice goes around looking for people violating the law. He finds a traffic enforcer inside a grocery store, with her patrol car outside, right in front of a fire hydrant. Coincidentally, a fire breaks up at that time. The fire fighters were apparently very angry. Jimmy Justice goes into the grocery store and gives her a piece of mind. In another scene, another traffic enforcer does the same, except that there is no fire this time. The officer just argues and drives off.
